Our mission is to provide thoughtful curated spaces that support and inspire the work of healing professionals. We believe that when therapists feel grounded, valued, and at ease, they can create deeper connections and lasting impact in their clients’ lives. Our rooms are more than offices — they are restorative environments built to foster focus, balance, and professional growth.
Lauren earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and has been practicing since 2020.
Lauren’s clinical work focuses on trauma-informed care for young adults, integrating EMDR, attachment-based therapy, and somatic approaches to support healing and self-awareness. Her style is warm, grounded, and deeply attuned to the mind-body connection.
After beginning her career in private practice virtually, Lauren envisioned a physical space that would not only support her own growth as a therapist but also provide a restorative environment for other clinicians.

I rented offices before and nothing compared to Hazel & Oak. The onboarding took minutes, the building feels so welcoming, and I never had to stress about parking or privacy for my clients. The difference it made in client retention was immediate. They felt safe, at home, and seen. Moving here reignited my love for this work and helped me double my caseload without burnout."

Hazel & Oak Therapy Rooms made starting my private practice feel possible. Booking the room was simple, scheduling was flexible, and I never worried about the space looking unprofessional because it’s stunning. Clients always comment on how safe and peaceful it feels. I went from one client a week to being fully booked in 4 months. I can’t imagine launching anywhere else."

As a somatic and EMDR therapist, the environment matters so much. Hazel & Oak’s rooms are intentionally designed with natural light, calming textures, and enough space for movement work. I felt supported, not just like a renter passing through. It genuinely changed the scope of my practice.”

The rooms are beautiful and feel elevated, which helped my clients settle in right away. It made private practice feel approachable and sustainable for the first time.”
